Thank you for shopping with Napa Daily Deals. We’re committed to delivering premium wines to your door as quickly and safely as possible. Please read our shipping policy below before placing your order.
Processing & Delivery Times
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.
All wines are shipped via FedEx or UPS Ground, and you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.
Shipping Rates & Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on orders of 6 bottles or more within eligible states. Orders with fewer than 6 bottles will have shipping rates calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
Shipping Restrictions
By law, an adult signature (21+) is required upon delivery of any wine shipment. Please ensure an adult will be available to sign for your delivery. We cannot ship to PO Boxes — please use a valid street address when placing your order. Due to state laws, we are unable to ship alcohol to certain states. If your state is restricted, you will be notified at checkout.

We partner with reliable carriers such as FedEx and UPS, selecting the most efficient option for your location and order size.
Damaged or Lost Packages
We take great care to ensure your wine arrives safely. If your package is damaged, lost, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at angelo@NapaDailyDeals.com with your order details and photos (if applicable). We’ll do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor its journey to your door.
