Please note: Due to alcohol laws, all wine purchases are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges on wine products.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your wine arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at angelo@NapaDailyDeals.com. We will work with you to evaluate the issue and offer a replacement or refund where legally permitted.

Non-Returnable Items

All wine products are non-returnable.

Gift cards and sale items are also non-returnable.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued for damaged, defective, or incorrect shipments, after we evaluate your claim. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed and you have not received your refund, please contact angelo@NapaDailyDeals.com.
